We’re Hiring :- System Engineer (Fresher only)

Location: Noida
Department: Customer Success
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, ECE, or Mechatronics (can only apply)
Salary: ₹4–5 LPA

Reports To: Head – Customer Success Department

Role Overview:-

We’re looking for passionate freshers who want to kick-start their career in Identity & Access Management technology.
You’ll receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in IoT, Networking, Cloud Administration, and Embedded Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM) systems.

Work on technologies like Electronic Access Control, Biometrics, RFID, IoT, and Networking.

Deliver product demos, customer training, and technical support.
Prepare technical documentation and training videos.

Build strong relationships with customers and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication & customer service orientation.
Knowledge of Linux / Windows Server environments.
Basic understanding of networking, databases, and IT hardware (servers, switches, firewalls).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A proactive learner who takes initiative and ownership.

Once you master, you can grow into roles like:
Project Manager – Lead access control deployments.
Product Specialist – Collaborate with R&D teams.
Pre-Sales Consultant – Engage customers and design solutions.
