Sales Executive

Job Title : Sales Executive

Reporting To : Counter Head/ Floor Manager / Showroom Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) :-

To achieve sales targets by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience at Bhima Jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement &Sales-

o Greet and welcome customers in the showroom.

o Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery.

o Explain product features, purity, making charges, and offers clearly.

o Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

2. Product Promotion &Upselling

o Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special schemes.

o Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase average bill value.

o Educate customers about Bhima Jewellery’s quality standards and trust.

3. Customer Relationship Management-

o Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits.

o Collect customer details (database) and follow up for special occasions.

o Handle customer complaints or queries politely and escalate when necessary.

4. Showroom Operations-

o Ensure counters and displays are well-arranged and clean.

o Handle stock, tagging, and daily inventory as per company policy.

o Coordinate with billing and back-office staff for smooth sales flow.

Key Skills Required:

 Strong communication &interpersonal skills (local language + Hindi/English preferred).

 Customer-focused with a pleasant personality.

 Confidence, persuasion, and sales-oriented mindset.

 Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS operations).

 Knowledge of jewellery types (gold, diamond, platinum, silver) – training will be given.

Qualifications & Experience:-

 Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

 1–2 years of experience in sales (jewellery, retail, luxury, or hospitality preferred).

 Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Work Environment:

 Showroom-based role.

 Flexible to work weekends, festivals, and extended hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
