System Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Finalization of Technical System specifications for Product verticals assigned.
• Responsible for Platform Development activities for assigned vertical towards
• Responsible for Technical RFQ timelines for deriving requirements & guiding fellow teams.
• Responsible for Development documents for system engineering
• Responsible as Central Technical Contact person for system side towards customer
• Making technical presentations & delegating
• Managing Requirement Engineer assigned
• Perform Reviews with Cross function teams & requirement engineers on Technical specifications during RFQ & project execution phase
• Performing quality checks of the system requirement specifications.
• Peer Review of team members.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support on domain knowledge (product specific features) for the new engineers to the project.

• Participates in requirements discussion with the customer.
• Participate with reporting manager in RFQ meetings to gather guidelines given on requirements
• Documentation reviews and ensure appropriate technical documentation.
• Document templates management for the projects

Preferred candidate profile

• Determination of Product requirements & mirroring communication from Customer System Team.
• Responsible for SYS 1, SYS 2 & SYS 3 work scope of system engineering.
• Ability to lead the development team during technical discussions with customer & delegate tasks to cross functions
• Responsible for the finalization of Product requirements
• Guiding the Requirement engineers in formulating requirements for the product execution.
• Leading customer discussions
• Any one Automotive embedded based products experience.
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, to develop and maintain System specification requirements.
• Basic Software Architecture know how, Basic Electronics Architecture know how, basic CAN protocol know how, LIN Protocol,
• Should know automotive development processes at least one product Experience

• Convincing abilities on technical signoffs with customer & internal teams
• Know how on CAN , LIN technologies
