Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL operation, AZURE, Office 365, and troubleshooting with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.

• Perform ongoing monitoring, Analyzing event viewer logs, and maintenance of all servers in the operations team environment

• Must have knowledge on Windows server 2016/2019 features and server roles

• Configure IIS, hosting multiple websites and troubleshoot error through logs

• Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, TLS

• Experience administering Microsoft AD, GPO, IIS, SSL and office 365 portal

• Expertise in Azure Active Directory, AD DNS and office 365 exchange

• Working knowledge of Linux Administrative activities and shell scripts (plus)

• Creating PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.

• Knowledge of On-premises exchange server to office 365 migration

• Handling customer request through ticketing process system

• Configuring VNET, VM, Load Balancer, Security and application Gateway in Azure environment.

• Knowledge of PF sense firewall, configuring NAT, and security rules.

• Installing and configuring Antivirus server and Terminal server

• Providing desktop support to users

• Ensure Windows Servers and Microsoft applications are operating optimally, are backed up, and are properly configured.

• Configuring the website and troubleshooting issues in the Plesk portal
