System Administrator

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, software, and IT equipment. Assist users with technical issues and help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain hardware, software, and network devices
• Troubleshoot system and network problems
• Assist with LAN/WAN, cabling, routers, and switches
• Monitor network performance and report concerns
• Maintain IT assets and documentation
• Support backups, security patches, and antivirus updates
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Assist senior IT staff with infrastructure tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA in CS/IT (pursuing or completed)
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, IP addressing, and Windows/Linux
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Quick learner and team-oriented
