Pre-School Counselor

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, approachable, and skilled Pre-School Counselor to support the emotional and social development of young children at our school. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding children through their early developmental stages. Key Responsibilities: Observe and assess the emotional, behavioral, and social needs of preschool children. Provide individual and small-group counseling to address common childhood concerns such as separation anxiety, shyness, or behavioral challenges. Work closely with teachers and parents to create supportive strategies that promote positive behavior and emotional growth. Assist in developing programs and activities that foster self-esteem, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. Support teachers in managing classroom behavior and improving student engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience working with young children in a school or counseling setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach Basic knowledge of classroom dynamics and child behavior management Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
