We are looking for a warm, empathetic, and qualified Pre-School Counselor to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Location: Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh Position Responsibilities: Observe, evaluate, and support preschoolers in recognizing emotional, behavioral, and social development needs. Provide individual and small-group counseling for children dealing with issues like separation anxiety, behavioral challenges, or social withdrawal. Partner with educators and families to create and implement strategies that promote emotional growth and constructive behavior. Offer guidance to teachers on behavior management and techniques to improve student engagement and classroom harmony. Key Requirements: Previous experience working with young children in a counseling or early education setting Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi Solid understanding of early childhood behavior patterns and classroom behavior support methods Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
