Job Description

As a System Admin you will: Respond to user support tickets and infrastructure issues in a timely and effective manner. Perform root cause analysis and apply permanent fixes when possible. Use event logs and monitoring tools to check the health of servers and network devices. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and potential downtime risks. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install and configure operating systems, software, and updates. Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services including user provisioning, license management, and security controls. Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams configurations. Liaise with hardware and software vendors to escalate and resolve issues. Manage warranties, support contracts, and hardware replacements. Skills Required : 1+ years of prior experience in system monitoring, endpoint support, and vendor coordination is essential. Solid understanding of domain structures, GPOs, and user/group management. Experience with DHCP, DNS, File Server Management, and endpoint security tools. Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop support, OS installation, and software setup. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms including user roles and security. Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS fundamentals. Exposure to firewall management (e.g., SonicWall NSA 4600 preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and with non-technical users. Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)/MCSA or similar Microsoft certifications preferred
