Job Description

As a Technical Consultant will:

  • Configure and customize D365 modules and workflows
  • Build and automate processes using Power Automate/Flows
  • Develop UI with Canvas Apps & MVC architecture
  • Integrate and deploy solutions across environments


Skills Required

  • Primary responsibility will be to take notes of action items, tracking them to closure,
  • Experienced in configuring and customizing D365 Field Service for efficient work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce support.
  • Proficient in implementing D365 CE modules to enhance sales, customer service, and marketing operations.
  • Skilled in building automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes across various platforms.
  • Well-versed in the MVC architecture and developing Canvas Apps for creating intuitive, user-friendly business applications.
