We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client list includes Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run three sister brands:

• Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
• Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
• Mudkart – An eco-construction material supplier.

We’re building a rock-solid IT infrastructure to support our growing team across offices and brands — and we need a System Administrator to keep our tech running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep our Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) running flawlessly.
• Provision, configure, install, and maintain systems’ hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively resolving any issues before they escalate.
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery plans, testing them regularly.
• Implement and enforce security policies, applying patches and updates to servers and VMware systems.
• Plan and execute new installations, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Manage virtualization environments using Hyper-V; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a bonus.
• Configure and maintain networking equipment like Cisco switches, routers, and VPNs.
• Manage software licenses, including Adobe and CorelDRAW, and ensure compliance.
• Handle domain management, web hosting, and SSL certificates.
• Provide tech support for hardware, software, and IT systems for the team.
• Maintain documentation for all IT infrastructure and generate reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Required:

  3-5 years in system administration or IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Strong networking and security knowledge, including firewalls (FortiGate), VPNs, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with software license management, domain/hosting/SSL administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical issues to both tech and non-tech users.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
