As a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients establish an intelligent operating model for driving exceptional results. Working closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will play a key role in identifying and building innovative solutions to meet client requirements. Your technical skills will be crucial in this role, requiring a strong understanding of technology trends and best practices. You should be familiar with process automation tools and techniques, as well as have experience working on various cloud technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and other ERPs/CRMs. Additionally, proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques will be beneficial. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are equally important for success in this role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills will also be required. As a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate, your responsibilities will include ensuring that Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams have the necessary technology skills, tools, and processes to perform their tasks effectively and achieve business goals. This involves identifying technology enablement needs, developing and delivering training programs, providing technical support, and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities of this role include conducting technology needs assessments, planning and implementing technology enablement strategies, automating processes, optimizing BPO processes, utilizing data analytics and reporting tools, fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement through staying updated on technology trends and best practices.
