As a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. You will collaborate with BPO teams and stakeholders to identify technology gaps and opportunities, design technology enablement plans, and implement strategies for process automation and optimization.
