We are seeking a proactive and passionate Sustainability Specialist to lead and support environmental initiatives across multiple factory units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sustainability programs, audits, stakeholder engagement, and environmental project implementation. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage activities independently across various sites.
• Implement & manage Higg Index (FEM & FDM)
• Conduct internal audits & support external verifications
• Drive sustainability projects: water, waste, chemicals, energy
• Deliver training & align stakeholders with sustainability goals
• Track KPIs & benchmark performance
• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• 1–3 years in sustainability/environmental management
• Familiarity with Higg Index, ZDHC, AFIRM, ISO 14001, ESG, GHG, SBTi
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Willingness to travel across factory units
