Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with ETL cross-functional teams to define data requirements and objectives related to EHS and Sustainability metrics.
  2. Develop implement process for smooth flow of EHS data collection, validation and verification.
  3. Analyze large datasets related to health, safety, environment, and Sustainability. Share Monthly MIS to all stakeholder
  4. Interpret data to produce actionable recommendations for improving HSE and ESG performance.
  5. Develop and maintain ESG dashboards and reports to track key HSE and sustainability performance indicators. Design new tool for EHS improvement e.g. Waste, water, Energy, Safety key initiatives
  6. Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to proactively address potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry best practices, and reporting standards related to BRSR, HSE and sustainability.
  8. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports on monthly basis
  9. Manage the BRSR reporting and Integrated report for ETL
  10. Yearly data validation for BRSR reporting support to BRSR report writing.
  11. Manage the EHS IT data base and single point contact for the upcoming software like Sparrow.
  12. Lead the development of data-driven strategies to enhance our organizations sustainability efforts.
  13. Train, Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of 8 to 10 year in data analytics, with a focus on HSE and ESG data.
  3. Strong expertise in data manipulation, visualization, and analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Leadership experience and the ability to guide and mentor a team.
  6. Problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solution
