Join us as a Wastepicker Surveyor and help drive meaningful change in waste management and support systems for wastepickers in Chhattisgarh. Job Role: Surveyor You will be responsible for collecting on-ground data about wastepickers, their working conditions, and local waste management practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field surveys in assigned districts. Engage with wastepickers to document socio-economic and health-related data. Observe and report on local waste management systems. Map locations and activities of wastepickers. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Share field-based insights to help improve practices. Qualifications: Minimum: High school diploma (Higher education preferred) Fieldwork or community outreach experience is a plus.
