CSR Manager (Female)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSR Manager to lead corporate partnerships and manage CSR-funded projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination with corporate donors, project teams, and field partners to ensure impactful implementation, compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with CSR partners and donors. Identify partnership opportunities with corporates aligned to the NGO’s focus areas. Design and implement CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Contribute to proposal writing and CSR presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CSR or Project management. Excellent communication in English, proficient in Ms excel & word and management skills. Strong project management, documentation, and analytical skills. Salary: Negotiable based on experience..
