Job Overview:

Senior Survey & Market Research Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop

   survey methodologies, questionnaires, and sampling frameworks

   tailored to project objectives.
2. Lead and manage

   primary surveys, household surveys, and market research studies

   across diverse sectors.
3. Oversee

   field survey operations

   , including enumerator training, supervision, and quality assurance.
4. Develop and implement

   data structuring and coding frameworks

   for large datasets.
5. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of survey data through strong monitoring mechanisms.
6. Analyze survey findings and prepare

   reports, presentations, and dashboards

   for client and stakeholder use.
7. Coordinate with clients, sector experts, and project teams to ensure survey outputs meet project requirements.
8. Apply statistical and analytical tools for interpreting data and deriving insights.
9. Ensure compliance with

   ethical standards

   and data confidentiality norms during survey execution.
10. Provide

    mentorship and guidance

    to junior researchers and field teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in

  Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Management, or related field

  .
• Minimum

  10 years of professional experience

  in survey design, market research, and data structuring.
• Proven experience in handling

  large-scale primary surveys

  and market assessments.
• Proficiency in

  survey tools/software

  (CSPro, SurveyCTO, ODK, SPSS, STATA, or similar).
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in working with

  government projects, multilateral agencies, or consultancy firms

  will be preferred.
