PDCOR Limited a JV of GoR is looking for Horticulture Experts for a PMU Project in Jaipur. The requirement is as below a) Sr. Horticulture Expert & Team Leader - B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Horticulture) with 6-7 years of experience b) Horticulture Expert- B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Horticulture) with 3-4 years of experience Job Responsibilities: a) Project Management and Implementation Support • Prepare regular maintenance schedule for green areas, Parks and green belts under Nagar Nigam Jaipur Heritage through pruning, irrigation, and pest control. • Identify gaps in equipment’s requirements and advice NNJH for procurement • Recommend selection of species of plants needed for improvement in water-efficient landscapes • Recommend the replacement of nature of plants, flowers required for overall improvement for each garden area. • Prepare plan for development of public facilities in the garden areas b) Monitoring and Evaluation • Leveraging smart monitoring tools for efficient green space management. • Supervision and monitoring of field activities for ensuring qualitative maintenance in a time bound manner. • Policy implementation support through PMU as per the requirement • Managing the database and documents related to the project at a single point. c) Knowledge Management and Capacity Building d) Public Engagement & Awareness e) Reporting & Documentation Early joiners will be given preference.
