About the Role

The Horticulture Expert is responsible for overseeing all horticultural, landscaping, and garden maintenance activities. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring the upkeep of green areas, managing plant health, and maintaining high aesthetic and environmental standards across site

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily horticultural and landscape maintenance activités
• Plan and implement horticultural schedules for planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation, and pest control
• Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, flowerbeds, and indoor
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for optimal water use and plant
• Manage and guide a team of gardeners, supervisors, and maintenance st
• Inspect gardens and landscaped areas regularly to ensure quality and aesthetic standards
• Identify and resolve issues related to plant diseases, pest infestations, or soil conditions
• Prepare maintenance reports, plant inventories, and fertilizer/pesticide usage records
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and landscape designers for ongoing and new projects
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards on all horticulture activit

Qualification

• B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture
• M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture

Required

• Skills
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant species, soil science, and irrigation
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and team supervision
• Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership
• Ability to diagnose plant health problems and recommend corrective

• Experience managing horticultural operations in large residential, commercial, or public f
• Familiarity with landscaping in arid or semi-arid (Gulf)
