Surveillance Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing surveillance operations in the Treasury Products domain, with a required experience range of 8-10 years. As the Surveillance Manager, you will need to hold a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance. Your role will involve exposure to Treasury Products through collaboration with Trading, Risk Management, Analyst, and Strategist Teams. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring orders and trades on various trading platforms to identify outliers. You will be expected to analyze alerts generated by the Surveillance system and prepare regular reports based on your findings. Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools is essential for this role. As a Surveillance Manager, you should be tech-savvy and possess a working knowledge of programming and coding. You will be required to conduct data analysis using tools such as Excel, R, and Python, and present insights through data interpretation. You will also engage in regular communication with internal and external teams regarding system development and surveillance-related matters. Additionally, you will be involved in testing systems as per specified requirements to ensure their effectiveness.
