Surveillance Manager

Role Overview: As a professional in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, your primary focus will be on maintaining the AML program documentation and setting up parameters for screening financial transactions to prevent money laundering. You will also be responsible for assisting in all matters concerning AML, including policies, procedures, and recordkeeping. Additionally, you will be handling surveillance reporting of broking and depository functions and assisting with anti-money laundering compliance training for employees. Key Responsibilities: - Assess, analyze, document, and close various screening alerts or file suspicious transaction reports with FIU and/or other regulatory bodies - Conduct and perform quality control relative to various investigation types, including suspicious activity and enhanced due diligence - Handle Exchange/Depository queries regarding market surveillance and investigation - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) of alert monitoring mechanism Qualifications Required: - Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Customer Identification Program (CIP), as well as AML - Preferable experience working with a SEBI registered stockbroking firm or a CA firm with in-depth knowledge of broking/DP operations and AML activities - Experience in financial services transaction data analysis - Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines - Good interpersonal skills and excellent written/oral communication skills - CS/MBA Finance/PGDBM/Master's Degree Holder in Finance with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
