Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance engagement with new and existing supporters.
  
• Drive donor retention through personalized communication and donor journey mapping.
  
• Oversee Supporter Services & Database teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  
• Ensure best practices in CRM and data handling, maintaining secure and reliable records.
  
• Monitor key fundraising KPIs including donor retention, debit success rates, and engagement.
  
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews of team members.
  
• Approve all donor-facing communication ensuring alignment with CBM’s values.
  
• Implement improvements in database architecture, reporting, and supporter journeys.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fundraising, supporter services, or development sector.
  
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, data analytics, and donor relationship management.
  
• Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related fields preferred.
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and donor-centric mindset.
  
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume, deadline-driven projects.
