Role Objective As the Manager Supporter Services & Database Management, you will lead and optimize supporter engagement and database operations, ensuring a seamless donor experience, driving retention, and maximizing income generation in alignment with CBM Indias mission. Key Responsibilities Develop strategies to enhance engagement with new and existing supporters. Drive donor retention through personalized communication and donor journey mapping. Oversee Supporter Services & Database teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Ensure best practices in CRM and data handling, maintaining secure and reliable records. Monitor key fundraising KPIs including donor retention, debit success rates, and engagement. Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews of team members. Approve all donor-facing communication ensuring alignment with CBM’s values. Implement improvements in database architecture, reporting, and supporter journeys. What We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years of experience in fundraising, supporter services, or development sector. Strong expertise in CRM systems, data analytics, and donor relationship management. Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related fields preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and donor-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-volume, deadline-driven projects. Why Join Us?
