Support Stores WDIPLYou will be responsible for supervising the operations and maintenance of our stores, ensuring adherence to compliance and safety standards. The role involves managing warehouse/store activities and leveraging SAP or other IT systems to optimize and streamline processes.

Principal Accountabilities

Oversee the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.Utilize SAP or other IT-related applications to manage inventory, track sales, and generate reports.Develop and implement strategies to improve the functionality of the store processes.Manage warehouse/store management, ensuring that all goods are properly stored and accounted for.Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.Cultivate a global mindset, understanding the needs and preferences of our diverse customer base.Promote people excellence, leading by example and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring that all team members feel heard and respected.Make informed decisions that benefit the company and its employees.Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.Manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our stores and requires a combination of technical knowledge and strong leadership skills
