Role & responsibilities

providing support to the customers through phone ,email , resolving queries and escalation handling , knowledge on any ticketing tool

Preferred candidate profile

candidate should have experience in customer support ,queries handling ,understanding escalation , experince with US based customers , candidate should be available for onsite drive for the interview on 5th feb 1 pm at sector 25 A noida

candidates who are serving notice period or max 1 month notice will be preferred

education should be full time , distance education is not applicable
