Job Description

Manage and handle field service vendors and their engineers, ensuring availability for various programs.
Ensure worker assignment on every case/work order and escalate issues when necessary.
Keep cross-functional teams updated on progress and final outcomes.
Perform monthly or biweekly availability checks with field support workers or vendors and update the portal accordingly.
Raise requests with the onboarding team for replacements in cases of unavailability of approved/onboarded engineers.
Deliver daily cost-saving targets and identify risks in worker availability, proposing mitigation plans to avoid business loss/reputation loss.
Ensure worker status is up-to-date on the portal and collaborate with the incident management team to secure approved/registered engineers for projects based on activity dates.
Participate in on-call activities with cross-functional teams and close/modify relevant tickets on the portal.
Create new requisitions where replacements are required and provide support to incident tickets by coordinating with vendors.
