The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in commerce, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of support professionals to ensure efficient and effective customer service. Monitor, evaluate, and improve support processes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Train, mentor, and guide team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics. Collaborate with internal departments (such as sales, accounts, and product) to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery. Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends in customer support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or team management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
