Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Executive located in Srinagar North. The Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer records, providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer support process, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
