We are hiring a Franchise Manager for the Pune region to drive franchise onboarding and provide ongoing support to our partner centres. Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners in Pune and nearby regions Maintain regular support and engagement with existing franchisees Ensure operational compliance as per brand SOPs Conduct training/orientation sessions for new centres. Franchisee Acquisition Manager | School Sales | South India-Bangalore bengaluru 4 - 9 years INR 4.0 - 7.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

We are looking dynamic Sales Manager who can acquire Franchisees of Shemrock Pre-School and Shemford K+12 Schools. Have vast experience into B2B Sales and ability to close the deal. Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Chennai Contact Person - MS. Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our Franchise model to potential partners interested in opening play schools, primary, or secondary schools. Manage leads, schedule and conduct Zoom meetings or face-to-face interactions for Franchisee pitches. Guide and support new Franchises in location selection, infrastructure set up and liaising with property leaders for site finalization. Facilitate Franchise agreements and provide comprehensive support through the school launch process. Offer ongoing local-level support and assistance to Franchises. Conduct regular visits to Franchise locations for quality checks and relationship building. Travel for meetings and site visits as required. Experience working with schools, preschools, coaching centres, or EdTech platforms. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer management. Willingness to travel across the state for business development activities.
