Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve student issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and service quality
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all student interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex concerns
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in support processes
  • Ensure all interactions align with company service standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor & Master degree in any relevant discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
