Support Executive

The Support Executive will be responsible for coordinating, processing, and managing book and uniform orders for approximately 300 franchise branches pan India. The role requires thorough training on in-house systems and processes, proactive branch coordination, issue resolution, and ensuring accurate order placement aligned with student admissions while driving additional revenue through upselling of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Get trained on the company’s in-house processes, systems, and SOPs related to books and uniforms

· Act as the single point of contact for franchise branches for all book and uniform-related queries

· Place and manage orders for books and uniforms based on confirmed admissions and branch requirements

· Ensure orders are placed accurately, timely, and as per prescribed guidelines

· Resolve branch concerns, discrepancies, and escalations related to orders, dispatches, and supplies

· Guide branches on additional products, revised offerings, and new launches from time to time

· Encourage branches to place complete and value-added orders to maximize revenue realization

· Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, vendors) to ensure smooth execution

· Maintain proper records, trackers, and MIS for orders, dispatches, and closures

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong coordination and communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple branches and high-volume queries

· Detail-oriented with good follow-up and tracking skills

· Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset

· Basic understanding of order processing, billing, and logistics

· Comfortable working on ERP systems, Excel, and internal tools

Experience & Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline

· 2–5 years of experience in support, coordination, order management, or operations

· Experience in education, franchise, retail, or supply-chain support is an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
