Job Description

As a Support Engineer with a passion for technologies and strong communication skills, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional support team. Your responsibilities will include meeting and understanding product and customer requirements, as well as addressing customer issues effectively. Analyzing customer-reported issues on a daily basis will be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate will have very good communication skills, a solid understanding of L1 and L2 support processes, and knowledge of deploying applications. Additionally, familiarity with technologies such as Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, and Webservices will be advantageous. Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are essential qualities for this position. A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies will thrive in this role. Desired Candidate Profile: - Any Engineering Graduate (Any Stream). - Must have good verbal communication skills. - A team player who can coordinate effectively within the team. - Willingness to work either Night Shifts or Morning Shifts.,
