Production Support Analyst Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similarAt least 2 to 4 year experience Application SupportSuper excellent in communication ( written and Verbal) and presentation skillsetKnowledge on ITIL process is MustProficiency in any ITSM software ( Knowledge on Monday ticketing tool would be a Plus)Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge on Infrastructure (Azure) is a Plus.Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
