Job Description

Windows Support & Service Desk Engineer (EMEA & APAC)

Role Summary

Provide technical support for Windows environments and act as the first point of contact for IT service desk queries across EMEA and APAC regions. Ensure timely resolution of incidents, maintain system stability, and deliver exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Windows Support

    • Manage and troubleshoot

      Windows OS (10/11)

      and

      Windows Server

      environments.
    • Administer

      Active Directory

      ,

      Group Policies

      , and

      Azure AD

      .
    • Handle patching, updates, and endpoint security.
  • Service Desk Operations

    • Respond to and resolve

      Level 1 & 2 tickets

      via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
    • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 or specialized teams.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
  • Regional Client Support

    • Provide remote assistance to users in EMEA and APAC time zones.
    • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
