Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  first-level technical support

  for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform

  diagnosis and troubleshooting

  for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices (L1 support).

• Install, configure, and maintain

  computer systems, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Respond to

  help desk tickets, calls, and emails

  promptly and professionally.

• Log, track, and document

  support requests using the organization’s ticketing system.
• Assist in

  user account setup

  , software installation, and email configuration.

• Escalate unresolved issues

  to L2/L3 support or concerned technical teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date

  inventory of hardware and software assets

• Provide support for

  audio/video conferencing systems

  and meeting setups.
• Ensure compliance with

  security protocols

  data protection policies

  .

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

  desktop or IT support

  roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  Windows OS

  , MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with

  ticketing tools

  and remote troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent

  communication and problem-solving

  skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
