Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Darbhanga, Bihar Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong experience in S/4HANA or ECC and excellent communication skills . The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Finance business processes, preferably with a Consulting/Professional Services background, and must be able to interact confidently with international clients . This role is based in Darbhanga, Bihar . Key Responsibilities: Implement and support SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA or ECC environments. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, PP, PM) to configure and customize solutions based on client requirements. Lead client interactions, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Independently manage Training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lead and manage data migration and reconciliation for Finance-related data. Provide post-implementation support and ensure continuous process improvements. Requirements: 4–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC. Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling processes. Proven experience in all project phases: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to work with international stakeholders confidently and professionally. Experience in conducting user training and UAT independently. Experience in data migration and validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
