Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering first-class support to our global customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with internal teams such as Managed Services, Product, and Engineering to provide product insights and development opportunities. - Providing expert advice and timely resolutions for support cases, escalating complex issues as necessary. - Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the support organization. - Creating and refining knowledge base articles to enhance support efficiency. - Collaborating with global support regions to ensure a cohesive support experience for customers. - Supporting high-severity incidents as part of the incident management and response team, including participation in an on-call schedule. To excel in this role, we expect you to have: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Knowledge of SaaS technologies and platforms. - Experience in Salesforce Case Management or similar technical support environments. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to lead, make decisions in challenging situations, and work effectively in a startup environment. - Willingness to respond to on-call notifications promptly, including weekends and holidays. - Completion of the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) background approval process for US employees.
