Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer for HP Latex in Bhubaneswar & Kolkata, your role will involve installing, configuring, examining, and resolving issues related to any device. You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and servicing and repairing printers or other devices. Building strong relationships with customers and coordinating with them for timely renewal of AMC contracts will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot issues with various devices. - Provide technical support to clients. - Service and repair printers and other devices. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. - Coordinate with customers for the renewal of AMC contracts. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduate in Printing. - Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Customer-oriented and service-focused mindset. - Knowledge or experience in the field of printing. In this role, you should possess 0-2 years of work experience and be between the age of 20-25 years.
