Eligibility Criteria:

• An aggregate of 70% or above in 10th and 12th standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to U.S. healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via email, phone, and other electronic channels.
• Guide clients through a series of steps, either face-to-face or over the phone, to set up systems or troubleshoot issues.
• Deploy software, utility upgrades, and applications.
• Log client queries using service management tools for accurate documentation.
• Detect, record, and classify incidents, providing initial support.
• Investigate, prioritize, and diagnose incidents based on their impact and urgency.
• Resolve incidents, restore service in accordance with agreed service levels, and close the incidents.
• Maintain ownership of incidents including monitoring, tracking, and communication throughout the resolution process.
• Provide incident management reports and ensure quality standards in operations.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams, including software developers.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Prompt response to support-related emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Familiarity with common hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in internet applications such as email clients, FTP clients, and web browsers.
• Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Typing speed: 40–60 WPM.
