Senior Executive – Industrial Supply Chain (Industrial Paints/Chemicals) - Mumbai

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Industrial Supply Chain (Industrial Paints/Chemicals) to oversee supply chain operations for the industrial coatings and paints & chemicals or petrochemicals division. The role requires experience in raw material sourcing, paint/chemical industry logistics, production planning, and ERP-driven supply chain

management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain operations for industrial paints/Chemical including procurement, forecasting, production planning, and inventory control.

• Coordinate with R&D; production, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of pigments,

resins, additives, solvents, and packaging materials.

• Develop accurate demand and supply plans to support manufacturing efficiency.

• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with paint industry standards and hazardous material regulations.

• Use SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for planning, purchasing, and reporting.

• Track KPIs including OTIF, procurement cost optimization, and inventory turnover.

Must Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant supply chain experience within industrial paints, coatings, or related

chemical sectors.

• Expertise with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• MSc or MBA degree (mandatory).
