Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the movement of Multiple SKUs across multiple regions (Pan India) and export planning.
• Oversee

  warehouse operations,

  including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and 3PL management.
• Plan and manage

  logistics and transportation

  to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate closely with

  production teams

  to align supply chain activities with production schedules.
• Collaborate with

  sales and marketing

  to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Monitor key

  supply chain KPIs

  , analyze data, and implement continuous improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost control, and packaging material planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in

  supply chain management

  within the

  FMCG sector

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  warehouse and logistics operations

  .
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in

  ERP

  and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
