Operations & Product Research Associate

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Vendor Management

• Conduct market and product research to identify suitable products aligned with business needs.
• Search, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with vendors to achieve the best quality at the lowest possible cost.
• Coordinate business travel within the city to meet vendors, conduct product evaluations, and manage relationships.
• Perform quality checks and comparisons to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain vendor databases and pricing records.

Operations & Supply Chain Support

• Monitor and analyze day-to-day operations, logistics, and supply chain performance.
• Coordinate daily logistics activities including transportation and warehousing.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational, inventory, and logistics records.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, inventory, and operations to meet business requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and recommend process improvements.
• Support cost optimization initiatives across operations and logistics.



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 1–1.5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or product research.

• Willingness to travel locally for business needs.

• Good negotiation and vendor communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Understanding of supply chain or operations workflows.
