Job Description

Job Title: Manager Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Company:

Job Purpose

To manage warehouse and C&F inventory operations, ensure accurate stock reconciliation in SAP, monitor compliance, and control inventory losses through audits, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical stock audits at RWH and C&F locations
Reconcile physical inventory with SAP records and post stock adjustments
Monitor expired, near-expiry, leakage, damage, shortage, and insurance stocks
Prepare MIS reports related to inventory and stock movements
Ensure FIFO compliance and inventory accuracy
Update batches, locations, write-offs, and product changes in SAP
Handle insurance stock settlement and coordinate insurance claims
Monitor safety, statutory, and SLA compliance at warehouses
Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Production, Legal teams, C&F agents, and transporters
Follow up on C&F issues, transit shortages, and inventory discrepancies

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock audits
Hands-on experience with SAP (Inventory & Warehouse modules)
Knowledge of safety, statutory, and compliance requirements
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience

Qualification:
Graduate (Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred)
Experience:
10 to 15 years years in SCM, Warehousing, Inventory Management (experience in agro-chemical or manufacturing industry preferred)
