Role Objective

supply chain, logistics, and distribution operations

Key Responsibilities

Develop & implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth.
Manage 3PL vendors, transporters, and warehouse partners.
Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, and route optimization.
Handle warehousing operations, stock accuracy, and dispatch efficiency.
Ensure cost optimization and manage supply chain budgets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations for smooth delivery.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms, audits, and safety standards.
Lead and mentor the logistics & supply chain team.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in
logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
.
Proven track record in
budget management, cost optimization, and negotiations
.
Knowledge of
ERP/SAP/Oracle
systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Industry exposure in
Lubricants / FMCG / FMCD / Pharma / Medical Devices / Automotive
preferred
