Supply Chain Head - Electronic Manufacturing Services

Role Overview: As the Supply Chain Head for the EMS business, you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor relations. Your strategic planning and execution will play a crucial role in ensuring cost-effective and seamless supply chain operations that are aligned with the business goals of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain on-time delivery. - Supervise procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics operations. - Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing and quality. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, trade policies, and ethical sourcing practices. - Implement demand forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization techniques. - Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to synchronize supply chain activities with business objectives. - Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making in supply chain processes. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
