Natureland Organics is a leading organic food brand committed to delivering healthy, sustainable, and high-quality products across India. As we expand into the fast-paced world of quick commerce, we are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations and coordination with quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)
• Ensure timely stock availability, order processing, and replenishment across platforms.
• Monitor demand trends and align supply to reduce stockouts and overstocking.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) for smooth execution.
• Maintain platform-level data and generate performance reports for review.
• Troubleshoot delivery or inventory-related issues with agility and clarity.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in a quick commerce or brand-side role.
• Strong understanding of quick commerce operations, demand-supply dynamics, and platform processes.
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and narrative skills to interpret trends and drive operational decisions.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with organic/FMCG brands or e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of listing, inventory sync, and platform-specific requirements.
