Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions at our Panipat manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations, and compliance with Factory Act and labor laws. You will lead the HR department, support business growth, and ensure a compliant and engaged workplace. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration. Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws, Factory Act provisions, ESI, PF, Gratuity, and statutory norms.
