Overview: Faze Three Ltd is looking for a Junior Textile Designer focused on home textiles for the UK and US export markets. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of innovative and marketable CAD designs for a range of home textiles, focusing on cushions, bedding, and other top-of-the-bed products. Engage with a variety of textile materials and apply different sampling techniques, including surface design, weaving, printing, and dyeing, to develop unique products. Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations within the textile industry, particularly those relevant to home textiles like cushions and top-of-the-bed products. Begin to master design software tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software, and AI tools, to contribute effectively to the team's design efforts. Learn to quickly and efficiently produce original artworks and design concepts under the guidance of senior designers. Show meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Effectively collaborate within the design team on various projects while also being capable of taking on and successfully completing individual tasks. Candidate Profile: Must have completed a degree in Textile Design from esteemed institutions such as NID or National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the creative textile field, with a focus on home textiles. Possesses a basic understanding of weaving techniques and the complexities of textile production, specifically related to home textiles. Demonstrates the ability to creatively interpret and contribute to design briefs, particularly in the realm of home textiles. Fluent in English, with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn and use Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a desire to advance these skills. With operations across domestic and international markets, we are expanding our manufacturing capacity and are looking for a seasoned HR leader to drive people strategy, legal compliance, and employee engagement at our Panipat unit. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions at our Panipat manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations, and compliance with Factory Act and labor laws. You will lead the HR department, support business growth, and ensure a compliant and engaged workplace. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration. Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws, Factory Act provisions, ESI, PF, Gratuity, and statutory norms. Liaise with government bodies, legal consultants, and labor authorities to manage factory-level compliance and audits. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices tailored to manufacturing operations. Foster strong employee relations, handle union negotiations if applicable, and proactively address grievances. Drive organizational development initiatives including skill development, succession planning, and culture building. Manage attendance systems, payroll interface, and HRMIS accuracy for efficient workforce administration. Oversee welfare activities and maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and support organizational growth. Qualifications and Skills: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute. Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing/factory setup. In-depth knowledge of Factory Act, labor laws, and HR compliance in India. Proven experience in handling large workforce environments and statutory audits. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
