§CKD Supply Chain Expertise : └ Strong knowledge of automotive Supply Chain & production processes §Cross-Functional Coordination: üCollaborate with all CFTs (Cross-Functional Teams), Suppliers, Service Vendors, üOverseas Customers, Headquarters to Achieve Targeted Business Volumes Supply with Zero shortage §CKD Material Procurement. üIrregular Order & Supply Management to meet Requirement of Overseas customer. üMaterial Receipt & Shortage Part Tracking Management. üMaterial Balance Out Management & Ensure B/Out Kicked off with all CFT’s to identify critical issues & steer through the team for resolution. üVendor meetings for Parts productivity and capacity adjustments to match the interfaced orders Requirement. §CKD Expense Costing Validation Management. üCKD Monthly BOM Change Analysis & cost updation follow up with finance for the Newly Added Parts. üMaster Data Management(Purchase Price, PNF, Export Price) in ERP system. üService Provides Cost Validation ( Inland Transportation, labour, Packing Material, Etc.,) Standard Vs Actuals. And Container Vanning & CBM Analysis, Cost saving Management. §Reporting & Documentation üCosting Validation Reports & Documentation, Weekly, Monthly Reports on CKD PSPO Procurements .
