Genpact urgent Hiring for the role Business Analyst: Supply Chain Analyst

Shift Timing: 12 PM to 10 PM IST

We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst: Supply Chain Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and publishing reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly statistical forecasting of service parts, ensuring delivery of accurate and actionable insights aligned with business goals.
• Drive continuous enhancement of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization strategies.
• Measure and communicate the impact of forecast accuracy on operational efficiency.
• Oversee SKU performance and lead rationalization initiatives to streamline product portfolios.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive analysis reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights to support informed decision-making.
• Evaluate local, national, and global market trends to assess their implications on both the organization and the industry and incorporate findings into strategic planning.
• Design and implement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations, minimize costs, and maximize overall efficiency.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, introducing innovative ideas and process enhancements that drive excellence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal best practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and integrating compliance into operations.
• Support cross-functional teams and project coordinators in achieving operational excellence and exceeding KPIs, acting as a key contributor to strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enable cohesive and responsive supply chain performance.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Sound knowledge MS-Excel
• Logical reasoning and Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Has experience in presenting updates with business leaders/stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Preferred Skills

• Experience with supply chain visibility platforms.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with SQL.
