Job Description

Role & responsibilities

General

  • Works effectively with the Commercial & Operations Teams to ensure client satisfaction and overall client growth
  • Supports existing sales team by working directly with clients for project scoping and proposal generation
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change as responsibilities can constantly shift based on the needs of the clients
  • Maintain successful relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors
  • Continuously looking for innovative ways to improve processes and strategies with clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Problem Resolution

  • Identify and resolve client issues and conflicts efficiently.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve client coordination processes.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Gather client feedback to inform process improvements and service enhancements.

Training and Mentorship

  • Provide training and support to junior client coordinators and team members.
  • Share best practices and offer guidance on client management techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Strategic Planning

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align client needs with company goals.
  • Contribute to the development of client-focused strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in setting and achieving department and company objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of bid management experience.
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote skills.
  • Bid campaign management experience from opportunity identification through project delivery.
  • Experience utilizing valuable input to enable opportunity qualification, winning bid strategies, commercial discussions, and solution design.
  • Comfortable working at CEO/Director level (internal and external).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
  • Ability to understand a new marketplace or industry quickly.
  • High energy and action orientation with the ability to make things happen with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to diffuse contentious situations or disagreements, by utilizing out-of-the-box problem solving skills.
  • Sound commercial understanding and risk management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-work stream opportunities.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of and experience implementing internal governance procedures.
  • Interest in learning everything there is to know about Forsta and market research
  • You bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
